This research-based training introduces the techniques of Motivational Interviewing and explores its applications, particularly how it may be used in home visiting.

Compassion Fatigue for Home Visitors: An Introduction [Since 2017]
This training introduces the concept of Compassion Fatigue and how it impacts home visiting. Includes group learning, discussion, and hands-on participation.

Youth Mentor Training [Since 2008]
ITP equips and empowers youth mentors, leaders, and programs with the tools to effectively mentor youth using discussion, skill-based scenarios, and hands-on participation.

Youth Leadership & Life Skills [Since 2003]
This training introduces empowering concepts and activities for youth programs. Workshops promote the concepts of leadership, community, problem solving, creativity, as well as life skills for youth.
